Our office prides itself on prompt completion of your insurance claim forms so that you may recieve your reimbursement in a timely manner. As a courtesy we ask that you keep us informed of any change to your insurance as it is important that all the information we have on file about you and your insurance is current.

If a more comprehensive treatment plan is needed we will submit a pre-treatment estimate of benefits to your insurance company.

As a courtesy to our patients with medical and/or dental benefit plans, we will submit necessary claim forms, receipts, and other information to your insurance company, so that you can be reimbursed as soon as possible.
